Hotel overview
Hôtel National offers a straightforward, no-fuss stay in the center of Cluses, set alongside a lively street filled with shops and eateries. The hotel’s relaxed atmosphere is reflected through its modest rooms, some featuring sloped ceilings, providing a cozy mountain town feel. Guests enjoy functional and clean accommodations with thoughtful touches like air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi throughout.
Its location in the Arve valley makes it a practical base for exploring local attractions year-round. The nearby Cluses train station enhances connectivity, while within a short drive, the town’s proximity to the Grand Massif ski domain and Les Carroz resort appeals to winter sports enthusiasts. What travelers say
A snapshot of guest ratings and stories behind the stay.
“For the last three years, I have been staying at this hotel twice a year for twenty days each time. Everything is perfect. Cleanliness, understanding, courtesy.”
“Excellent hotel with a warm and friendly reception.”
“Great stay and friendly personnel. We arrived on an early flight and were able to check into our room early even though the place was busy which we very much appreciated! Recommend to anyone passing through Cluses.”
“I didn't even have a reservation, yet they were very kind and allowed me into the room before the check-in time, which was great because I was very tired. My room was clean, spacious, and with a nice view. Excellent hotel. 100% recommendable.”
“Lovely hotel in Cluses, perfect for a stopover on route to Samoens for a week skiing. Close to the motorway, in the town centre so lots of bars and restaurants around and a great breakfast. The staff were super friendly.”
“Close to the train station and highway exit, small but clean and fully functional rooms! Reception people are friendly, but sometime they are not there, so you need to call them using the number noted on the front door.”
